As a breeder how many dobermanns do you keep?

What you are going to do with your breeding in 2015 when cropped / docked dobermanns will be no longer considered as dobermanns?

What do you think about standard change?

I think that is not fair at all...My personal opinion is that I don't have nothing against uncropped and undocked dobermanns but have against forced way that doberman be uncropped ...Dobermann was made long time ago 1890 year and need to stay exactly like that cropped and docked but if you want to have dobermann with ears and tail you are free to choice for self and I think that every breeder -owner or lover of dobermann should have oportunity for free choice did he will have uncropped or cropped dobermann (even I have 2 uncropped dobermanns in backyard but that is enough..I not want to see full backyard with uncropped dogs ..I adore dobermann no matter uncropped or cropped,nice and good dog is nice and good no mater cropped or not , but not want that have only uncropped...... I will always have docked and cropped dobermanns. If it will be forbidden to show and work with them I will nevertheless have them as a "sofa"-dobermann. From GERMANY

We have not created the breed Dobermann. So we have not copyright on this breed. Mr. Dobermann has seen his breed cropped and docked. After of principle change in the standard the breed must change the name. UKRAINE

From all breeds that changed standard regarding corpping and docking I really think dobermann will suffer the most as image is concerned, but also, as a consequence, the genepool will shrink in the first years after standar change. ROMANIA

I would like to see Cropping/docking left as a choice to each and every person, be it a breeder or owner. I have no problem with those who would like to see their dogs remain natural, but would also appreciate the courtesy of being able to have my animals cropped and docked, because that is my preferred choice. Foi um duro golpe contra a raça. Se nada for feito desistirei da raça. Não há nenhuma raça no mundo que se identifique com a conhectomia do que o dobermann.
